Issue Monitoring
regelmäßige Beobachtung, Analyse und Bewertung gesellschaftlicher Meinungsbildungsprozesse zu für ein Unternehmen strategisch relevanten, sozialen und ökologischen Themenstellungen. Ziel ist, die Risiken, die durch eine Veränderung der Umfeldbedingungen entstehen und die zu Konflikten führen können, in einem möglichst frühzeitigen Stadium zu erkennen und Abwehrstrategien zu entwickeln. Gleichzeitig werden auch Ansatzpunkte sichtbar, wie das Unternehmen aktiv die gesellschaftliche Meinungsbildung in der Öffentlichkeit für sich nutzen kann ( Public Relations).
